Just follow these steps:
- Complete the Visa Application form. (Download Form)
- Include two passport size photos.
- Calculate your fee from the tables below.
- Include payment for your processing fee. (Check payable to East-West-Economic Development Center or call (713) 907-4865 with credit card information)
- Include a valid passport with one blank visa page
- Send via express mail to:

Definitions of terms in the tables:
- Number of Entries: The number of times you will be able to enter China on the visa.
- Validity: The amount of time you have for your initial entry to China from the issue date of the visa.
- Duration of Stay: The number of days you are permitted to stay in China for each entry using the visa.
- Processing Time: The amount of time the Consulate requires to issue the visa. All visas will be sent via Fedex the same day the visa is issued by the Chinese Consulate. Rush orders received by 10:00 am Central Time will be processed and sent via Fedex the same day. Rush orders received after 10:00 am Central Time will be processed and sent via Fedex the following day.

(*For US passport holders, the Chinese Consulate charges the same fee for all types of visas. Therefore we'll automatically obtain 12-month multiple entry business visas for all our clients except in certain special-case situations.)
